Design propeller in rhino

    As an alternative, although there will be more, I would use AutoCAD.

    If, as you see in the right part of your figure, you already have the horizontal sections of the blade, you can use the "soft" command in AutoCAD to obtain the solid of a blade.

    Yeah, I know - but getting the profile from numbers is the hardest bit.

    There are plenty of other youtube videos on how to do the 3d propellor.

    Here is a series of hints. It doesn't include making the chord of the prop blade, but that is easy after you have done the twist and the profile

    If you know the degree of twist needed in the blade, creating a surface with a top and bottom "angle" might be OK.

    But for for a hint about getting a proper "screw" twist into the prop blades, this might be useful.

    But, how to design b-series propeller, with apply the foil in the section of blade.

    @Yasir, so far spoken, I think you should, first of all, learn how to draw a propeller by hand, then do it with Rhino or with any CAD program.

    Simple.

    Using the twisted surface as the "base", apply cross sections at the appropriate locations on that "twisted" Surface, and then join all the cross sections with a front and a back surface over the cross sections shapes.

    The original "thin" twisted surface just gets ignored.
