Try articles in Professional Boatbuilder Magazine http://www.proboat.com on injection molding/SCRIMP and prepregs. SCRIMP is used by TPI, Hinckley, and North End Composites. Prepregs are used by Turner Yachts (Canada) and all builders of America's Cup boats, such as Eric Goetz. Before these techniques came along vacuume molding was state-of-the-art.

You should have a look at http://www.spsystems.com/.

    SP Systems: Composite Engineering Materials.

They'll send you a CD with some information about their products. You might fin it interesting to read.

Also, get in touch with Peter Doe (I Eng, MIET), Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Technology at Southampton Institute. He knows a lot about it. You can reach him at peter.doe@solent.ac.uk
