    FOUND IT!!! It was the orientation of the brush plate (about 90-110 degrees turn and it works fine) Thanks !

    The connections to the battery were not removed and the starter has only one (+) cable. I think it probably has to do with the brush plate inside...

    I just installed new brushes in the starter and now it rotates backwards! Any Ideas???
