Here are some.
I would try a load of ratchet straps.
You can spread the load with timber, try a few and see if it pulls in.
Managed to get it on the Thames near Oxford.
This time using my 1935 1.5hp Marston Seagull OA....

I found that a couple of 7/8" stringers/strakes took a lot of the rippling out of the floor.
