W, with stairs like this, and the boat sailing on starboard, nobody will be able to get in or our of the boat unless he is equipped with mountaneering gear! ;-) on a Motoryacht, when it's rolling, it's bad enough, although sometimes you see some designers do that, but on a sailing boat it's just not possible.
