colinhilton: Foam Board Construction Guide
A three-dimensional try-out for those of a nervous disposition (!) requiring three sheets of 5mm board, spray-on glue, tube of adhesive and cocktail sticks. These three sheets should represent 4' by 8' material at scale, and are quartered so as to produce a dozen separate panels representing 4' by 8' sheets at smaller scale again. They are spray-painted on one side only, as full-size sheets would also be laminated single-side for speed of assembly. Note the final product seen here require only ten panels, the remaining pair being divided as standard sheets would be into panels of 3' by 4' (two off) and 2' by 2' (two off). These can be used to provide fore and aft bulkheads, beside those upper decks featured in the previous post, to which motors and aero-propellers are attached.
