The boat is framed in laminated Douglas fir, with laminated Douglas fir backbone, and strip-planked in Eastern white cedar. It was painted blue with white boot-top, white rubrail & deck, and bright-finished interior. It looks pretty good and hit all performance expectations. I'm hoping someone will step up and order the cabin version of the design. I think that it would make a lovely picnic cruiser.
