jakey3: Aluminum sailing dinghy

Does anyone know what type/brand boat this is? She is about eight and a half feet long....and looks like an Eli to me...but it is aluminum, not fiberglass like an Eli. Sort of like an Opti...but not quite. I am trying to fit her with a sail and want to know the appropriate size and style sheet she should have. Also...see that board attached with hinges next to the step mast? What would that have been used for?
