Does the engine miss when running? You can pull the valve covers and short out one injector at a time and find the bad one.
Run it for 10 hours, then check it.
You will have more oil pressure then water pressure when running.
Drain the oil and check for metal cuttings.
The only "pancake" engines, that I have seen latley, Are Continentals, 12 cylinder, in USA tanks.
When it gets there, change the oil and get a sample checked for fuel, water and metal. If it shows good, your ready to roll.
First thing, get and engine oil sample and get it checked.
Remove the alternator belt, run the engine, for a morment, and check the voltage. Don't run to long and overheat the engine.
