    Thanks Im not sure how to check it so Ill just buy a new one and see! If that isnt it oh well Ill have a new key! I was thinking that could be it!

    By thr way its a 1990 glasstream 17.2 foot I guess bow rider it has seats on the bow?

    I just got my first boat it has a 3.0 merc in it sup rebuilt. Heres my problem and Im in know way a mech. When I try to start it it cranks fine...
