    Hi.
    Please Could You Help Me.
I Have Recently Aquired A Yamaha P45 2hp Outboard Motor For My Dingy.when I Run It In A Barrel It Runs Ok But When Its On The Dingy It Overheats.
When Its On The Dingy The Tell Tale Holes Are Just Above The Surface And This Is Apprroximately 10 Inches From The Bottom Exhaust And 12 To 14 Inches From The Pprop.
I Am Wondering If The Back Pressure Could Be Stopping The Flow Of Water Trough The Engine Block.
Could You Please Advise Me On What Height Which Bit Should Be Above The Water As I Cannot Seem To Find Anything Out About It.
    Thank You Very Much.
    Steve.
