Steel software-plans wanted for 15 metres hull

I am looking for a person with knowledge on designing a 15 metres steel hull on software. A heavy workboat (must be self-righting if blown upside down) witch has no limitations on big waves and bad weather. A deplacment-hull with cruising speed around 10 to 14 knots with a total of 100 to 150 horsepower.

No interiour design is neccesarily. Only a STRONG Steel hull with files ready to plasma-cut.

I occasionally do CNC work for workboats, and have substantial experience with steel and with steel and aluminum self-righting craft, as well as shipyard productivity.
