Requirements:

Construction manager must have at least ten years experience in the construction of high quality yachts and have extensive working knowledge of construction, cabinetry, systems, hardware, finish, etc. Department managers must also have at least ten years experience and extensive working knowledge and ability to share that knowledge of their disciplines.
