Polar Bound

May 11 years ago I read on English magazine the building of Polar Bound" .
Unfortunately I drop all my magazine .
When read this , I remember they ask about the pressure that Polar Bound can manage with
by square meter (or s/f) but I am not able to remember the number (no , no not Alzeimer... or may be just the premises:?
I can't find answer on the web, just one sentence of the owner where he said "could manage 60 t" but no more .
If someone have the answer , thanks !

I wonder why those echo tourists demanded to be rescued ?

If they had the courage of their convictions just waiting for warming would have a solved their dilemma,

at the cost of far smaller carbon footprint than evacuating in Chi Com chopper.
