    I build things too.
    But a whale tail drive seems like a bit of a no brainer.
    Symmetrical delta wing articulated near its center of lift.

    I thought "Whale Fin" was whale tail drive.... I thought you would eat fried dough and paddle an ocean kayak. :)

    Does it work?
    Works really good on paper.
    I'm going to buy a wading pool and test it on the end of a rope.
    If that goes well I'll put it in lake Ontario and get someone to chase it.
