    To anyone familiar with my work, you may be interested to know that Wobegone Daze, a Freedom 38 with a wingmast cat-ketch rig, is for sale. The owner called me yesterday to say that he is putting it on the market, he is working with a broker, and the listing will officially appear on-line towards the end of October.     The anticipated asking price is going to be not more than US$90,000. The reason Dr. Cady is selling the boat is that he is over 80 years old now and is cutting back on his sailing activities.

    I am not involved in any way with the sale transaction. I am posting this just as a favor to my friend and cllient, Dr. Cady.
