    Hi Folks,
i am just wondering if any members have any ideas for a 6.7 meter rib that will be used as a medical boat/rescue boat used within 3 nm of nearest port in up to 3m wave height.
it must be able to carry a standard basket stretcher. as well as 4 crew members. it must also have storage space for a paramedic jump bag. and all the other gear you'd expect to find on a boat, anchor paddles etc etc.
would people place stretcher fwd or aft?
what other features would be good?
    twin engine or single?
    etc!
i'm just brainstorming, go crazy, all ideas welcome, there is no budget!
    cheers
    stephen

    coastguardsteve,

    Weird question, strange parameters...

Forget the boat and go with a helicopter.

Could you tell us the seas the vessel would be operating in?
