I am considering building a Sam Devlin - Black crown 32'. Has anyone from this site built one of these boats? Any websites that show th eprogress?

What size shop is needed? I have a 44'X50' barn, however it has support posts and the widest clear bay is 12' X50'. Will it fit?

    Thanks

Joel Mill posts here as boatbuilder.org and his website is http://www.boatbuilder.org./

Joel's site contains a number of very good contruction pictures. http://www.boatbuilder.org./kokhullpanels.htm and his posts here are most informative. I am not sure about the Black Crown 32, but the BC 29 has a beam of 10 feet, so the largest bay you have will make things interesting. Good luck with the build.
