yachts and boats

    Hy anyone!
    Does anybody have any ideea on how can I find the construction and navigation for small boats and yachts standards imposed by the european union and the united states.

    if you mean ISO EN rules, i guess thy're not available on the web, you just have to buy those booklets :-(( and thy're definitively not cheap :-(((
    I don't know if it's the same for ABS rules (American Bureau of Shipping)
