Who made 1971 VENT fiberglass sailboat

I have inherited a 1971 24 ft fiberglass sailboat and trying to find out who is manufacturer. Title only has VENT as Make and manufacturer's I.D. number 571. Any info would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

 

Are there any markings on the boat? Does it have a hull identification number. A twelve digit number in the format ABC12345F171 (this is the format not an actual HIN) if it does it will be on the back end of the boat, the transom in the upper right corner and may be on the registration. However if it is a 71 it might not have one since the HIN wasn't required until 1972. Look on the boat. There may be a builder plate that identifies the builder.
