We have a marineaire condition system. It worked fine for two weeks but I did install the overflow hose. After moving it around to put it in the system now runs for an hour then blows the breaker.
    Any ideas?
    No burnt wire.

Mebe you bent a fan/pump (noise?) or have you restricted airflow thru the heat exchangers?

What model? Is this air to air or air to water?

Moving around the AC may have loosened an electrical connection. Bad connection will draw more amps. Also breakers wear out when tripping too many times. After a large number of trips, a breaker will open at lower amperage. Also make sure AC is getting full voltage. If on marina power on a hot day, other boats may be drawing enough to lower the voltage. At a lower voltage the unit will draw more amps.

Is this a raw water cooled model, or air cooled?
