does it make any problem if i paint the first layer of antifouling black and the second layer red for example?

Not at all, as long as it is the same type of paint. It will be only a cosmetic appearance that may bother you.

Often with ablative paints the topcoat is a different colour than the basecoat. Lets you know when it is time to re-coat.

    Thank you

And i found a cheap antifouling paint here in Spain comparing the known brands. It is like 60 euro for 2.5 litres. Do you know this brand? Can it be so bad? Does it change too much form one brand to another?

Generally cheap anti fouling paint has considerable less toxicity, which will delete any saving pretty quickly.
