OK, I looked around a little and learned a lot, among other things about the Greek independence war (against the Turks or the Ottomans)...

Btw, here the clues I had for this quest ... but you didn't need them ... :)

Nestor Institute [IMG] for Deep Sea Research, etc. in Pylos.

But then posted like this ... inst 2.jpg ... and this ... town 3.jpg

Here Pylos harbour ... town 2.jpg ... and Pylos Bay ... vieuw.jpg ... where the battle was.

CAN WE NOW GET RID OF HIM, PERMANENTLY???

    I fear not Ragnar.

Our moderator loves such characters, quite obviously!

And as you can see, even negative feedback does not help. That is "fixed" soon.

    So, ban me Jeff!
I have the suspicion that YOU "correct" feedback when you think you are right!

    No regards
    Richard

No I did not "correct" your feedback Richard.

    For what?

No, there is a line, but you haven't crossed it. I've only banned one person for paranoia / "making things up" to date (someone you had a run in with as well.) I just took your post above as a little jab.

I'm sorry that it frustrates you that people are not banned often; I try to give everyone every benefit of the doubt. I know that sometimes creates annoyance and frustration, but sometimes people surprise you too and after a lot of off topic posts, post something really interesting; Possibly what we need is a better ignore list feature to help everyone coexist and not be annoyed by the few people they really don't like.

For what it's worth, WickedGood deleted his own off topic posts from this thread today so I think he got the idea that he was ticking people off.
