    I plan of buying a boat pro team 175 tx for a person in Russia from here in Stated. Does it have to be CE certified, any shipping companies you suggest and any kind of other useful information you think would be helpful. I was wondering how the whole process works and I would really appreciate any help. Thanks guys.
