    a ‘Canvas Snap Fastener Installation Tool’ is the best I can come up with.

    Your right Wardd, I didn't say you was wrong about the name forceps, just linked where forceps 'commonly' are know for to prevent misunderstanding when people ask for them . . ;)

    hoytedow Carbon Based Life Form

    These are the forceps with which I am familiar. At the surgery center they were great for clearing paper jams. :)
