What is this heckin part?

    Big brother, I just got off the phone with a friend of mine that had the same problem. He told me what he did. He said he put his lower unit in neutral while it was off. Found neutral with his controls, he had to make sure the splines lined up when stabbing it back together. As in, turning a little left or right. Once he did that, it shifted FNR like a champ. I hope I explained it well enough and I hope that helps.
