What is the best alternative to Alias software for Automotive Part Design?

The cost of Alias AutoStudio is now an average of USD10,000 at YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION FEES per seat.
May we have advice if there is any alternative software to Alias to work with Automotive Part Design?

Look at Rhino3D. Rhino 6 for Windows https://www.rhino3d.com/ There is an excellent forum for questions about Rhino. McNeel Forum https://discourse.mcneel.com/

Check out SolidThinking Evolve. I have used it over 10 years and it is very good, better than Rhino because it has construction history. Rhino has more plugs-ins's though.
