Its true that the European Social Democracies encourage people not to work. Thirty Five hour work week....long holidays, early retirement, difficult employment laws.... Best build an economical to operate boat !!! ...I recently paid 1.55 euro per litre for diesel in Greece. thats about 7.5 dollars per gallon. This is the future and not a bad way to combat pollution , energy dependency and balance the budget.
