The most recent poll by Rasmussen found that 48% of Americans believe Global Warming is due to natural climatary trends and that only 33% believe it to be caused by human activity. While that speaks only for the U.S., frankly I don't give a **** what the Maldive Islands think or the socialist democracies of Europe. The AGW agenda will die if the U.S. doesn't approve an economy crippling Cap & Tax, er I mean Cap & Trade bill. We only have to hold on for another 7 months and the liberal majority in the senate will be reduced to a virtual minority and the AGW agenda here will go down the toilet as it so desperately deserves. The IPCC will not be able to function without American tax dollars and the European economic meltdown will prevent them from funding any more silliness and social engineering.

This year is the last best hope for the socialist societal busy bodies to remake the world and impose their agenda. Britain has started the turn to the right, Austrailia will soon follow and this coming November the liberals will be banished to the back benches here in the U.S. There will be great gnashing of teeth and moaning on the left coast that the earth is doomed, but less and less people are listening, and even less are believing. Funny how the truth has a way of winning out over the left wing glitteratti. If it wasn't so dangerous, I would like the battle to last longer just to prolong their agony as they lose.
