I am wondering if she might be a type of tjalk?
Here is a link to an old BDF thread about tjalks.
Tjalk - Sailing Dutch barge https://www.boatdesign.net/threads/tjalk-sailing-dutch-barge.57055/
Mate, that is in fact really helpful info, thanks!Indeed, this doesn't really look like a canal boat. It reminds me more on a "Waalschokker", a type of historical dutch fishing boats.
In Leeuwarden in the north of the Netherlands there is a historical "Waalschokker" with the name "Wuta", I immediately must thought at "Wuta" when I saw your post.
looks great, amazed that it shows no rust, are seams joggled, I dunno, but the boat is very fair, what is your location"Unfinished project. Dutch design steel hull 10m long, beam 3.5 m, draft 1.2 m. Displacement 8.5 tones. Fitted out but not in good condition. Needs completion. Never been launched."
Anybody have any idea what design this is? Thanks.
