What can we do with old fiberglass boats?

Drop them into a furnace that makes cement. They do that with tires.

Who is going to pay to haul an old boat someplace, pay the salaries and benefits of workers, pay the transport costs?, just so you get to feel good about recycling? I just cut up one of my old 20 foot FG Glastrons and I hauled it to the dump in my truck. Took me about a week of time using a sawzall. When you go to the dump, all sorts of stuff is put into the landfill, a boat is almost nothing in comparison to the amount of trash people throw away. I tried to give it away, motor and all and no one wanted it. People know there are no free boats.

Another possibility may be to repair these boats and rent them for recreational purpose.
People like to be on the water, take your friends fishing, to sleep a night over with the wife, take the kids out for the day, have a meeting on a boat and so on.
Doesn't have to be new or expensive, but make it attractive and just offer that something different.
I've come across many fiberglass hulls, even abandoned ones, and I have yet to see one that was beyond repair for some purpose.
