    Nippe Ceramo Experience

We have had a time with Nippe Ceramo. First, it is not a "small part" zinc. It is between 25% and 50% elemental zinc and 1-10% zinc oxide. As it wears off and is consumed, this zinc gets into the discharges. This is made worse by blasting for surface preparation.

We have given up welding through it. It was causing too many defects. This is an opinion and I have not seen the problems first hand.

Wish they would come up with a good white primer. Far cooler when working in direct sunlight.
