I have a 1995 Tracker Bass Pro 18 with the sport jet 90 engine and drive. This boat is in A-1 shape with the exception that the engine has no compression in the top cylinder. Taking the head off reveals a hole in the piston and some scarring of the piston wall. Still runs good on other cylinders but only at 4000rpm. Should I look for a new/reman power head, or should I have this one bored . I would really like to install a larger size engine and jet, can this be done. I may entertain selling the rig as is if someone were to make me the right offer.(trailer, cover, fish locators, .. basically a strong 7/8 out of a 10).

I am new and this is my first post .... Jessccs In Mid Missouri
