Want A New Custom Built Vessel?

Thanks for the interest concerning the construction of new vessel.

Just to clarify how these things work; our company does business on a global basis.

    This process is quite simple...

You present us with a concept of any type of vessel you would like to construct between 40'-135'. Then we work out the finer details.... prior to any estimated cost. This service is at no cost to you.

Secondly a set of prints drafted up by a accredited Naval Architect must be developed. This is at your expense. This can be from one of our recommended Architects or one of your choice. You may even be able to aquire off the shelf plans. We will do our very best to assist you in this phase.

The bottom line is that we build ships... and we have been doing just that since 1938.

As far as financing is concerned; We can arrange through a very unique government agency special financing terms. They will require 20 percent down payment; and a credit check on you and your business. They are just ensuring that you can service the debt.

They will probably give you up to fifteen years to pay it off at extremely reasonable interest rates.

In addition, you may qualify for a portion of interest buy down by another Government Agency. It could bring the interest charges down to 10% of the total amount of the vessel over the amortization period.

I think these two scenarios will provide you with an excellent financing facility.

It would be necessary for you to develop a business plan for the project... this will be required by our government financing agency. If you wish I can assist you in the format.

I will upload a few of our most recent construction projects!
