    55ft schooner

    Hi Ongolo
I am looking for an easy to build schooner steel hull. I saw the 55ft schooner hull that you have built and would like to know if you would share info on why you went with this design in particular. Perhaps you can recommend an easier and simpler alternative design.
Are you still selling the 55ft Schooner hull you have built? What can you tell me about it?

    steel schooner

Hi Stan, yes I woud share thew info with you, but it is 4.57 am, it is winter here and cold, I am just down loading the bowditch manual.

In short, I wanted a strong, simple, versatile boat, with pilot house, cargo space and a workshop. A schooner i choose because it is the strongest rig, rudder is transom hung for simple maintenance and engine is aircooled to remove condensadtion when running.

You can mail me directly werda555@hotmail.com . the hotmail address is just a buffer adress against spam, I shall then provide my working address.

It is no longer a "hull" it is a complete boat.

More in direct mail after you contacted me.

    regards winfried
