No surprise there... anyone who believes global warming is a hoax and a conspiracy should have no trouble at all believing in Atlantis while they're at it. :D

Plato WROTE about the history of Atlantis and described how to get there, it's destruction, it's geographical features, it's climate, and described it's capital city. 9000 years after it's demise.
Now I'm not claiming it DEFINITELY existed, but strong evidence it might have.
And the mesopotania plain in S. America DOES match Plato's account.

Keeping an open mind to possibilities, is intelligent! Conversation is dialogue.
Trying to FORCE others to adopt a dogma, is tyrannical. :) And monologue.

Atlantis is like God in this respect: There is certainly no proof against the existence of either.

Ah. The cause d'Eter of Anthropogenic climate change.

All that CO2 we are pumping just HAS to be bad.

    A suggestion.

Choose a chart of temperature rise since the last ice age, one you accept as accurate enough, and draw a sloped line along the natural warming trend, all the way until today.

Then write down as a number or fraction, the degree of EXCESS rise in temperature ABOVE that which was naturally occurring.

How much difference between where we are after "polluting" with CO2, than where it would be if man wasn't pumping "all that CO2", and then consider how little the temperature really rose in the 20th century.

How much did CO2 drive temperature ABOVE where it was going naturally, the natural warming since the last ice age?

AGW is a crossword puzzle for people who like to worry.
After you get all the blanks filled in, you will have to wait for the NEXT pending disaster crossword puzzle. :D

Atlantis is MORE probable than AGW!

Hoyt is a fighter jet, SamSam.
When you think you've lined him up in your sights, he'll roll over the top, and get tone on your tail feathers. :D
