    Hi All
I am inquiring about replacing an outdrive unit. I currently have a SP drive powered by an AD31B in working condition, I have the opportunity to purchase a new SX outdrive 1:43. Will this outdrive match up with the gimble and motor without modification?
I relise the SP ratios are a little taller at 1.63 but cant that be overcome with a different pitched prop?
    Thanks

I heard back from a Volvo Penta rep, he tells me that there is no way of combining both or using the sx drive behind the diesel. That's my Question answered. Brings me back to the original drive. Ill Start another thread for that one.
