i need information on how and what to use to rebuild a 1964 dorsett catalina transom and hull with. should i use foam and who's foam is best. i have looked at seacast, and fibreglast. i have removed the outer transom shell and cleaned out the rotten wood in the stringers and keel. i think i want to foam fill the keel with the 16 lb foam and then fill the cavity below floor solid with 2 lb foam for stability and floatation. any advise would be appreciated.
