Very pretty 30'er, but what is it?

    Seafarer24 Sunset Chaser

    I've found it on two 'sites. BoatTraderOnline and Grab Bag

    They claim that it's a Mystic, but the Mystic website gives no information on having ever built a boat this small. I'd love a better picture or a drawing of the interior layout.
