Van de Stadt Caribbian 40

After reading this thread I will most definitely NOT be building my next boat in either Steel, Wood or Alloy! I'll buy the beaut 50 year old, well cared for, 36' Van De Stad Yawl I have my eye on, and by not building, I'll save a truckload of cash :D
