Hard points question

Any concern over developing hardpoints with this schedule:

Exterior to inside-
22 oz triax n epoxy
12mm M80 corecell
22 oz triax n epoxy
bulkheads (no pads planned) 6", 6", 8" tapes (bulkheads are 18oz biax n epoxy both sides)

Designer is not too worried about it since there is 44 oz of fabric.
Post cure is planned, which might help.

Please don't post the picture with the pads, I already know the convention, but I didn't do the drawings and I'd have to revise the drawing/cutouts for any padding and I don't have enough experience to argue with the designer. I just want some expert opinions. And thanks.

 

It might help to mention what boat is planned.

 

Yeah if it's a dinghy no big deal otherwise 22 oz of glass isn't going to prevent hardpoints, a nice big fillet will help though.

 

The foam core should prevent the bulkhead from creating a hard spot.

 

I'd prefer to see at least a tapered thickening of the inner skin at the point of intersection with the bulkhead. But as jorgepease says, it won't matter too much for a small, light boat, unless there is high impact loading. And if the hull is strongly curved longitudinally, it will matter less.
