Looking for naval architect for aluminum hull design

We are looking for a naval Architect to design several small aluminum motor launch hulls. We would be looking for someone willing to work on a contract basis. We are looking for someone who has experience designing aluminum hulls, working with 3D modeling software (max surf), and has experience in developing cnc cut files. We would prefer that the designer responding to this be North American based with experience meeting Transport Canada regulations, however not nessessary.
