Max lift on symetric foils at 6 degrees inclination

    Just revisiting my old favorite boat, the F16 beach cat and one of its quirks is the ability to incline the daggerboards 6 degrees. There is a max length of board of 1060mm below the boat. Baring in mind that we have all gone across to high aspect ratio boards, then ideally it would be longer but then rules are rules. All up weight sadly now is 119kgs ( used to be 105 ) and total boat width is 2.5m and 5.0m long. We can also use T foils on the rudders.

    If I wanted to design a new hull using every trick on the boat such as inclining the foils, slightly larger T foil on the rudder to spread the vertical load more evenly between rudder and daggerboard AKA the A Class to say 60 / 40 %, would it be possible to get enough lift to semi lift the boat enough for the hull to just touch the water at 10 knots speed with one person on board ?

    Actually its more like 10 degrees if we allow a bit of lean on the mast vertical.
