Err emm...dont they have a bridge to nowhere in Alaska !!!!!

Its true that American Voters are smart enough and have enough experience with politicians to understand PORK.

Egypt, with its beginner democracy, poor literacy and intense poverty will be more vulnerable to opportunistic politicians.

Climate change? This is a thread started by Vulkyn about the troubles in Egypt.
Is it 'acceptable' to ask for other peoples threads to be closed?
Because I can think of a bunch of them that waste the alleged 'band-width' on this site.

    Egypt is in trouble.

However, if the news is right, things were calmer in Egypt today. Much calmer than planned.

Oops. Thought I posted that in my climate change thread, where the same bs is going on: injecting partisan personal politics into a thread instead of sticking to the subject.... I've deleted my request.

But it's symptomatic of the problem, when the same person is posting such similar bs in multiple threads that it gets confusing which one he's posting in. :)

Mmm ... news sounds real quiet today.

But, our resident is quiet as well, that usually is not a good indictor.

I hope no one has knocked out phone lines, power lines, and internet connections ....

I know some people told me on my blog things were not so bad, but were worse than what was reported.

    Keep praying.

This thread has really gone downhill .... Well i guess its about time to retire this thread its really outlived its time i mean this is page 61.
However i have gone through the thread and i am glad to see the transition Egypt has gone through since events started to unfold.

Well yesterday was much quieter, i guess apprehending the MB heads has made a big impact.
I guess every one wants to get this over with and start working to the future.

Egypt is expecting a lot of internal instability the upcoming period.
Thanks for all the support from the mature and reasonable members.

I will be on PM and hopefully restart my boat building project at some point in the future ...
