Trimaran Fire

    This was built by a well known reputable company based in new Zealand. http://www.lomocean.com/projects/defence/63m+-+navy+trimaran

    It was launched on Aug 31, 2012.

    I can't believe those poor fools standing there with a hose breathing in composite fire fumes. They just shortened their lives by 20 yrs.

    Please excuse my pedantism, but it was partially designed by Lomocean, and was in fact built in Bali, Indonesia.

    A sad loss of a wonderful boat

    fully agree with powerabout, it's just too sad.. hope lessons learn will improve the next
    this was a very promising concept vessel for indonesia.
    ps: not bali, banyuwangui (south jawa)
    ps: not stupid at all.. yard is managed by a bunch of very competent Sweden guys ..under Lundin investment.., just google this name to see what that..!. company name is north sea boat )
