I have been looking and looking for properties of Trevira Core 150 ( a non- woven core polyester". I know it is used by some builders in euorpe and have been told that is supplied by Johns Manville in the USA. Sady l cant find a thing about it on the website and have never recivered a reply to may e-mail.

Does anybody have values for the following?
    Tensile and Compressive Strength
    Tensile and Compressive Modulus
    Density
    and anything else.

Try www.marinecomposites.com under the "materials" chapter page 76. It gives some properties of Trevira Core 100 (bulker mat similar to Coremat, only made with polyester fibers):

    Tensile Strength: 2700 psi
    Compressive Strength: 17700 psi
    Shear Strength: 1800 psi
    Flex Modulus: 443 psi x 10^3
    Cured Density: 75 lb/ft^2
    Dry Thcikness: 0.100"

    Hope this helps.
