TRANSOM REPAIR... Experienced advice needed

    No, it does not make sense!

    Don´t listen to these "experts".

    Astute is a completely unknown quantity here.
    GC is just a bigmouth
    And War Whoop, well, every of his comments is just that. A war whoop...
    Though he should know better, being a builder himself. But obviously he does not.

    Go with PAR´s advice, several hundred readers, members and customers did it with success!

    No need to perforate the transom, thats nonsense. And believe me I did several transoms..............

    Yes there are holes, two on each transom, 10in. diameter. Making sure there is no gap in the layup (and providing the exhaust pipe through hulls).:)

    On top of that your amateurish recommendation of polyester for a transom repair makes your contribution here not worth much, to say it polite.:D
