    "Guest" says:

    "Your boats suck"

Would you care to follow that up with :
    a) WHOSE boats inhale.
    b) WHY they inhale
    c) WHO TF you are
and d) What is it to you?

THen we might be able to bless you with some credulity.

    Thanks,
    Steve

Well, our esteemed Guest may be telling the truth. At least, when it comes to waterjet-powered boats. They suck, but then they blow it out their a**. <grin>

Could he be talking about sail boats? When it doesn't blow - they suck :)

Of course, he might be much deeper into this planing hull theory stuff, what with the transitory high pressure and low pressure zones of the planing surface. One could, I suppose, consider that a low pressure area on the hull caused by hydrodynamic flow as a portion of the boat being in the condition of sucking.

Clever fellow, this Guest. I'd like to see his math.
