    Old hat: must have been waiting for the patents to expire, as it was rather hard to accomplish back in the late 1980's early 90's. FWIW, there are some ways to improve what they have there.

    Some of their videos are 4 yrs old, but I had not come across them before. They call themselves Pliant Energy Systems, since they patented generators that are dielectric elastomer fins rippling in a current to produce electric power as their start. moving fins mechanically for drones came after. They mention servo and hydraulic power to actuate the arms that move the fins.
