Our friend D'Artois (Brien Gilroy) was walking in the woods a few months back when he was hit by an illegal offroad motorcyclist using the walking track. I had a brief email from him saying he was jst able to walk again but he is still aparently very much out of the picture.

Wishing him all the best and looking forward to his return and recovery .

    Quite a while...

No wonder I saw his posting but felt he may be busy with other forum. He is a good contributor. Wish him well:)

    Get Well!

D'Artois--bad luck indeed and hope you get better. I am sure you will heal and we are all pulling for you. I had a bad bout with cancer a few years ago but am back in the pink and doing just fine. I am sure you will recover completely. Try to find some humor in your situation, bad though it may be--the more you laugh, the faster you will heel.

    All the best,

    Eric

Over the years people have come and gone from this place. Some get fed up, some just can't be bothered. Sadly others leave for more serious reasons.
VERY glad to see you're on the road to recovery. :D
